BBC: Terror suspects all linked to NHS

Eight people arrested in connection with failed car bombings in Glasgow and London all have links with the National Health Service, the BBC has learned.

Seven are believed to be doctors or medical students, while one formerly worked as a laboratory technician.

Surely letting off bombs must run contrary the Hippocratic Oath

If they're found guilty, I'm going to write to the General Medical Council demanding that they be struck off forthwith!

  1. Some might say that if the NHS didn't poach doctors from countries that desparately need them but can't pay a competative rate then things like that wouldn't be so likely to happen. Then again, those intent on this would find some way or another, I'm sure.

Somewhat ironic, I feel, that the UK passport application needs counter-signing by a trustworthy person, such as a doctor....

PS can I use my spambot if I promise to clean it first?

  2. Maybe that should read 'hypocritic oath'...oh no, that was the Bishop of Carlisle.

I loved the cartoon in the Mirror...this man is ill, call a terrorist!

They've named the guy who torched the landrover...his name is 'Sinje Majeep'
