My watch is 40 years old today…

…a 16th birthday present from my mum. £85—bought in instalments from the Littlewoods catalogue.

That watch must be a constant joy to you.
I'm lucky to still have my mum, although her dementia means she doesn't really know who I am, BUT, it's things like this that fill my heart all the time. Every little sacrifice and kindness is etched deep in my memories.
