The part of this item which annoyed me was this:
Does this not carry the clear inplication that parents who don't think young children should watch TV think that pre-school learningis unimportant? I would argue quite the reverse - it's those parents who value learning who read books or play with their kiddies rather than putting them in front of an "educational" DVD.
