There's no pleasing some people. One minute you are complaining that Yorkshire is sending its water down south & then, when you get a little bit of rain, you complain you have too much.
I have never complained that Yorkshire is sending its water down south, for the simple reason that it isn't; I have complained that people down south keep suggesting that we should send our water to them.
