You can get cheapo Chinese knock-off vintage games consoles with hundreds of games on them these days, but, after playing them for five minutes, you realise all the old games were shite.

I still have my original Atari games console, which works fine even on a modern TV.
In November a few years ago we had some friends and their son, who was maybe 7 or 8, round and I had the Atari set up at the time. We all played ancient Atari games and the son Steven, particularly enjoyed himself.
And so it was that there came a cry which has not been heard in these lands for many a year: “Daddy?! Can we have an Atari for Christmas?”
