BBC: Tanya Roberts, Bond girl and Charlie's Angel, dies at 65
US actress Tanya Roberts, best known for her roles in Bond film A View to a Kill and the final season of Charlie’s Angels, has died aged 65. Her death was announced by her friend and agent Mike Pingel, who called her “the sweetest person you’d ever meet”.
Tanya Roberts was one of my teenage pin-ups.
Makes me feel kind of old.

So that was 2020. What a shit year! Brexit and a rampant virus wreaking havoc across the world (same thing, really). Least said about it the better.

Millions more people across England will join the toughest tier of Covid restrictions from Thursday.
Health Secretary Matt Hancock told MPs the Midlands, North East, parts of the North West and parts of the South West are among those escalated to tier four.
I’m not in the habit of dissing entire years, but 2020 can do one!
Well, it was bound to happen eventually. My 32-year streak of Christmas Eve ascents of the mighty Moel Famau in North Wales came to an end today. The pandemic was to blame, obviously.
I find myself surprisingly unbothered by the end of the streak. There are far more important things to be bothered about at the moment. But I do hope to start a new streak as soon as possible. If I can make the next streak last 32 years, I’ll be at least 89 by the time I break my personal record.
It’s worth a shot!
